But would someone ever need my obscure venue?
Think about it this way: You're planning a wedding, and you need a banquet hall with thirty 10-top round tables, one dias with six chairs, and everything surrounding a dance floor. Before you start building your own venue, check the MCVG to see if another wedding/event planner already created this venue. If it's a common layout, chances are good that it already exists. If not, why not upload it when you're done creating it? This way, it'll be available for other user to add to their events. Maybe the actual venue (Bob's Bridal Room in Podunk, Missouri) won't be of use, but the venue layout itself would probably come in handy to hundreds of other planners.

Don't Forget Popular Venues
That said, popular, often-used venues are also invaluable to the Musikal Chairs Venue Gallery. If you have an event at Madison Square Garden, feel free to share the VNU. If you're presenting at the Kodak Theatre, Wrigley Field, The Breakers, Joe Louis Arena, Red Rocks, or anywhere, upload your venue!
